Behind every cheese lies a story. Ours begins in 2013, when we took over a beloved stall in Florence’s historic Sant’Ambrogio Market. With a passion for authenticity, we offer a curated selection of local specialties: organic goat cheeses from Tuscany, aged and fresh pecorinos, Parmigiano Reggiano, and truffle-infused delights. Our shelves also feature the unique “Grani Antichi Toscani” bread from Montespertoli, crafted in collaboration with the University of Florence.
